The measurement of any recruitment value is two-fold, first and foremost filling the role and doing so for a reasonable Cost-Per-Hire. Because there is a financial commitment between the client and ConnectHR, the level of service and likelihood of filling your role(s) is far better than that of a contingent model. Additionally, ConnectHR can reduce the Cost-Per-Hire of your employees through its unique pricing structure and team support program. In lieu of a lump sum contingency fee, ConnectHR contracts with companies on an hourly rate service basis for the specific services required. Because of our internal support structure, historically we have saved companies an average of 25-75% versus that of a traditional contingency firm, all while providing a more comprehensive level of service.
Our consultant’s backgrounds and our TEAM approach enable us to eliminate the use of contingency and/or retained agencies from your recruiting budget.
Each ConnectHR recruiting consultant is supported by our Research Department. This research staff is able to spend a number of hours per week assisting each consultant with sourcing for current openings.
In order to connect with “passive” candidates (candidates who are currently working), a recruiter must take the time to develop a very large network and understand how to reach the right people for each position. ConnectHR has researchers dedicated to working with networking groups and contacting companies on a regular basis to source individuals interested in specific job opportunities.

ConnectHR pays for and has access to a number of recruitment tools and databases that would cost a company upwards of $50,000 in licensing fees. This data access is included in our hourly rate.

ConnectHR’s Candidate Screening and Profiling Service assists you in targeting the passive job seekers. This service includes the generation of resumes and a concise pre-screening process. Our Research Team will survey the candidate’s motivation and suitability based upon your screening criteria.

These individuals are not working on a large number of job openings, but rather dedicated to filling those difficult to find positions. Acting as true business partners, the process is consultative, research-based and solution oriented. The consultant provides ongoing feedback to the client on market perception of their organization, compensation levels and any other issues that could hinder ability to recruit the best candidate.
Unlike a contingency arrangement where there is no upfront financial obligation, under the retained model the organization pays a portion of the anticipated fee up front. This solidifies the engagement between ConnectHR and the client both contractually and financially. The result is a senior-level consultant investing extensive time, energy and effort filling your need. Under a contingent model, since there is no guarantee of payment, a consultant cannot afford to invest much time in a search outside of processing individuals that are actively looking. Under the retained model, we are identifying and reaching out to targeted, passive candidates, “selling” your organization.
